Privacy Policy Design Our firm creates and designs custom privacy policies for each client. This service involves a one-on-one meeting with the client to discuss its business operations and needs. The privacy policies may cover, as needed, aspects related to COPPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, HIPAA, Safe Harbor and EU, and other applicable regulations, statutes, and international law.
Privacy Policy Implementation Along with designing custom privacy policies, our firm takes the extra step to assist our clients with the implementation of the privacy policy. This includes developing compliance measures to provide notice to consumers; methods for obtaining consent (opt-in or opt-out); compliance measures for providing consumers access to their information and the ability to change this information; and precautions to ensure the security of the stored information. Along with this, we will provide the necessary training to its clients' employees and personnel. Depending upon the particular client's business operations, the implementation may require additional services.
Semi-Annual and Annual Contracts We also offers its clients semi-annual and annual privacy retainers. Under these contracts, we will provide, as needed, updates to its clients' privacy policies and implementation procedures.
