Privacy Litigation - Email
Our Firm has represented individuals whose privacy has been violated by the unauthorized access to their electronic mail accounts and/or specific emails. Our experience involves the forensic work to identify from where the intrusion occurred and, in most cases, identifying the computer(s) responsible. For our clients, we have pursued private settlement discussions and litigation alleging privacy violations and violations of federal and state statutes. The federal statutes that may be applicable include the Electronic Communications Privacy Act ("ECPA"), the Stored Communications Act ("SCA"), and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act ("CFAA"), to name a few.

Privacy Litigation - Photographs and Videos
Our Firm has represented a growing number of individuals whose privacy has been violated by the publication of private photographs and videos to adult websites and other Web 2.0 sites. Our representation has included efforts to remove the private content from originating websites, the pursuit of claims against those who published the images, removal of content from secondary websites, and other related matters. As with all matters involving the Internet, it is essential that the victim contact counsel promptly so that representation can begin as soon as possible.
